Voice of the heart

Sometime paranoid delusion sets in when one does not know what is real and the mind go into overdrive with all the chatter about what may be right, that is the time when more than ever that we need to meditate and bring things back into order. Endless chatter and thinking only bring one to ultimate madness and illness. This is when we need to hear the voice of the heart.
